Understanding Pupils’ Needs
We work proactively alongside teachers and support staff developing a secured understanding of behavioural, emotional and learning needs. Implementing manageable practical strategies, we aim to increase positive behaviour, promote inclusion and ensure all pupils have the chance and are motivated to achieve.
