We help teachers to develop inclusive classrooms using specialist teaching strategies and clear, manageable and effective plans, consistent with the SEND Code of Practice, 2015.

Observations, questionnaires and 1:1 work to help understand needs; an essential foundation for all interventions.
MULTI ELEMENT PLANS
Proactive working documents with four elements; environmental strategies, positive skills development, rewards and reactive strategies.
