Our Service

Abacus consultants work collaboratively with school staff to assess the pupil’s needs through a functional assessment and the development of a Multi Element Plan (MEP). Read more below.

Our Support

We help teachers to develop inclusive classrooms using specialist teaching strategies and clear, manageable and effective plans, consistent with the SEND Code of Practice, 2015.

Observations, questionnaires and 1:1 work to help understand needs; an essential foundation for all interventions.

MULTI ELEMENT PLANS

Proactive working documents with four elements; environmental strategies, positive skills development, rewards and reactive strategies.
