We enjoyed all things ‘Red’ in the bucket on Remembrance Day - garlic press red spaghetti play doh, a flying big red balloon, a nee-nah flashing red fire engine and a beautiful single poppy to introduce the theme. We also made ‘Shadow Soldiers’ and took turns at ‘Falling Poppies’ before making our very own poppies.

We created the irresistible invitation to learn and all 4 groups were super engaged, developing their joint attention skills at their own level. Such a lovely calm session to remember fallen soldiers across the world.

This was our first Attention Autism session with Jane Wilton, who is the newest member of The New Ways Learning Centre team!
